Raymond holds a MA Development Studies from the University of Mysore, India; a BA (Hons) Psychology and Swahili from the University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana; Advanced Proficiency Certificate, Swahili, from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; and a Certificate in Radio & TV Production and Presentation from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, Ghana.

He is a Development Studies graduate from the University of Mysore with specialization in Gender and Development, NGO Management and Development Administration. He also has some working experience in the not-for-profit sector in Ghana. At the moment, he is leading the implementation of a social enterprise project for the Rebecca Agroh Memorial Foundation (RAM Foundation) as the Executive Director and Project Manager. He also provides administrative support to Dr. Ken Kwaku, Ghana’s Honorary Consul-General to Tanzania and Special Advisor to H. E. Ben Mkapa of Tanzania.

In addition to these, Raymond has had some experiences in journalism by working with the Students Network Company of The Telescope International as a Front Page Correspondent (for the Campus Fila Newspaper) and also as the Deputy Editor/Head of Marketing for BizzAfrica Magazine. He was also the Editor in Chief for the publication, “Abibs at Seventy with Friends as Family”, a light biographical for Dr. Ken Kwaku. Recently, he has also become a very useful contact for BBC Swahili in Ghana especially for their Swahili news program “Dira ya Dunia” formerly hosted by Tanzanian journalist Salim Kikeke.

He loves reading, surfing the net, travelling and movies.
