The future of food is changing. Traditional methods of producing food are giving way to more technologically advanced alternatives.

Traditional methods of producing meat has environmental and health concerns as they mostly produce greenhouse gases. Hence, as traditional animal protein sources are questioned more and more, there is increasing support for environmentally sustainable protein sources like plant-based meat and edible insects.

The global market value of plant-based meat was estimated to be worth 11.1 billion US dollars. The figure has been forecasted to steadily increase during the next eight years and reach roughly 35.5 billion in 2027. (statista.com)

According to Lux Research, by 2050 almost 33% of the products of the protein industry, will be constituted by alternative proteins.

So as can be seen, there is a lot of growth and revenue potential for this product, and the data indicates that, any alternative protein product that is developed early enough,  will surely succeed.

Khebabs From Our Smart Proteins Soy Meat.

Smart Proteins Soy Meat is an alternative plant-based protein product, that can sufficiently replace beef, chicken and meat in general.

It can be used in burgers, khebabs, meat pies, rolls etc.

Unlike traditional soya bean meat-like products, Smart Proteins Soy Meat is a combination of plant protein and insect protein infused with other proprietary ingredients and herbs.

Insect protein can be produced for a relatively low cost, and the protein generated is of a higher-quality. Operations are sustainable compared to traditional meat production with help from limited land requirements and the use of food waste to sustain the insects.

Compared to meat production, insect farming produces far fewer greenhouse gases, and it is more easily implemented in urban areas.
