SEED is an organization founded by UN Environment, UNDP and IUCN as a global partnership for action on sustainable development and the green economy. Its vision is to see that businesses are eco-inclusive, socially inclusive, environmentally sustainable and economically viable. Such businesses, they do support.

In a quest to achieve its mandate, SEED decided to organize a Business Development Services (BDS) + Training of Trainers (ToT) training session for only a select group of trainers in Ghana. The Telescope International, through The Telescope Training And Mentorship Academy (TMA), has been training the youth for well over a decade and our Founder and Continental Executive Director, Mr. Minkah, is a very experienced trainer, mentor and coach.

Looking at his record, the SEED team decided that the programme will not be complete if he was not part of the trainers who are to benefit from the Training of Trainers (ToT) programme.

Hence, out of a total of 89 applicants, Mr. Minkah was selected among the top 25 by the SEED team to partake in the 2020 SEED Business Development Services (BDS) + Training of Trainers (ToT) training programme.

Participants were drawn nationwide, as trainers came from different organizations across the entirety of Ghana. It was quite an enlightening and educative experience and after three days of participatory sessions, each of the trainers had his/her knowledge in business development services and eco-inclusivity upgraded.
